Added “www” prefix support for custom domains

Back in the days, most websites had www in front of the domain names, this was because web servers weren’t always listening at the same IP address as the domain itself. But that is very 10 years ago, now with reverse proxies, load balancers, and srv records, there is almost no reason to have www in front of any website.

When we wrote the custom domain logic for Pro users, we did a lookup on the hostname (reqeuest.host), and if it doesn’t match we give you a 404. We decided that the www prefix is so commonly used or misused that we should be able to look up your Pullfolio if you setup yourname.com and you try to go to www.yourname.com and vice versa. So after writing a few tests, and adding the implementations to handle all 4 cases, we deployed a fix so now custom domains work with or without www prefix.
